THE COMPANY
MBCromoduro’s main activity is the industrial treating and plating of metal pieces by both chemical and electroplating processes. To do so, we have the most modern production methods and techniques as well as environmental protection, all of which working to ensure our main goal – to offer our customers a specialized, high quality service, executed in the needed timeframe.
Despite the fact we are a relatively new company, our collaborators have several years experience in one of the most regarded German
companies in the business.
Our commitment with product quality and complete customer satisfaction is total, and so, we offer the possibility of treatment for our customer’s pieces in our facility and in their own, nationwide and abroad.
In 2017 we have developed and implement the the production of parts in SMC - fiber and polyester, with the acquisition of a press and increase the infrastructures.

SPECIFIC WORKS
A special expertise of MB Cromoduro Portugal is the hard chrome plating of extrusion tools such as slot dies, blow molds (spiral distributors) or extrusion screws. Customers of our company benefit from our know-how, especially in the case of complex geometries, in our newly developed electroplating plant and anode construction. With this new hard chrome plant we extend our traditional program (SMC Molding forms including chrome plating and surface polish) and can use our knowledge optimally. This hard chrome plant is used exclusively for these activities, so that the dates can be planned very precisely.
